The people behind it
Gloria and Ulises have taught yoga for almost fifteen years. That practice is where the studio in Puebla came from. They have training and professional experience in organizational consulting, between ISO 9001 quality systems and team building, and that philosophy of measuring and improving is what holds up the method today.

Gloria focuses the practice from within. She guides meditation paired with breathwork, sound healing with bowls and mental work for the calm and focus that lets you keep the pace without burning out.
She works anatomical yoga with adults, children and families. She leads workshops, retreats, ceremonies and conscious celebrations. She also reads Akashic Records, for those who want to take their process into that territory.
For her, each person's wellbeing is the starting point for changing what surrounds them.

Ulises guides movement and strength. To almost fifteen years of yoga he adds his Ground certification, a method developed in Spain that trains with your own bodyweight and is uncommon in Mexico, plus the work of yoga from anatomy.
He develops training from biomechanics, according to each person's starting point: someone who has spent years without moving, an older adult who wants to keep living independently, or an athlete looking to get injured less and perform better.
What drives him: that you recognize your body again through movement.
